Autumn is such a lovely season. Every year I look forward to the changing leaves, and the blissful transition from stifling heat to what I fondly refer to as "cardigan weather". Last night, however, felt like a perfect summer's evening - and a beautiful summery sunset really ought to be enjoyed with a crisp, fruity cocktail.
Pour equal parts lemonade and champagne into a tall glass. Add ice raspberries, a chunk of grapefruit and just a splash of bitters. Press play on this lovely Joanna Newsom cover, then sit back, watch the sun set over Brunswick (or wherever you may reside) and say goodbye to summer.
